Baked Oatmeal

Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce (can substitute yogurt)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 cups of quick cooking oats
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cup fresh seasonal fruit
Vanilla or plain yogurt, cream, or milk

Directions:

Mix it all together, put it in a pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
