Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2-1 cup sour cream
Icing:
3 TB cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
1 pkg powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
Directions:
Boil butter, water & cocoa for 1 minute. Add sugar, let cool. Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Add to cocoa mixture. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. For icing, boil butter, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
