Funnel Cakes

Funnel Cakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1-3/4 cups flour
1 TB sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Beat eggs with wire whisk until frothy. Add milk. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth. Put in pitcher and use funnel with 1/2" opening. Heat about 1" of oil. Pour batter in spiral. Fry until golden; turn once. Drain; sprinkle with powdered sugar or 1/2 tsp cinnamon with 2 TB powdered sugar.
