Banana Split Cake
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 pkg of graham crackers, crushed
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup butter, melted
Filling:
2 eggs
1 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 to 4 bananas
1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 oz) container whipped cream
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, cook filling ingredients until they are warmed throughout, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into bowl and beat with mixer until smooth. Mix graham crackers crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread beaten filling eveny over crust. Slice bananas and place them evenly over filling. Spread crushed pineapple over bananas. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours before serving. Serves 12 to 15.
