45-Second Pie Crust

45-Second Pie Crust

Ingredients:

1/3 cup shortening
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 TB ice water

Directions:

Blend shortening, flour, and salt on low speed of mixer for 30 seconds. Add ice water; blend on low speed for 15 seconds. Bake @ 425-450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 1 pie crust.
