Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

2 eggs, beaten
16 oz canned pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 15 @ 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 45 minutes longer.
