Cream of ... Soup mix

Cream of ... Soup mix


2 cups nonfat powdered milk
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup powdered boullion (your choice)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp pepper


Mix well and store in an airtight container. To substitute for 1 can "cream of ... soup", add 1/3 cup of the mix to 1-1/4 cups water.
