Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls


1 cup milk
1 cube margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 TB yeast
1 TB sugar
1/4 cup warm water
3 eggs, beaten
4-3/4 cups flour

brown sugar
chopped pecans


Scald milk, then add margarine, sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast and 1 TB sugar in warm water. Beat eggs. After margarine has melted in milk, add to eggs, then add raised yeast. Add flour and mix well. Let rise and double. Roll out onto floured surface in large rectangle about 1/2" thick. Spread with melted margarine, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Roll up and cut about 1" thick. Place on large sheet about 2" apart, let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Butter tops after baking and frost.
