Chile N Cheese Roll-Ups

Chile N Cheese Roll-Ups


4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup minced black olives
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 (6”) flour tortillas
1 (4oz) can diced green chiles
¼ cup minced green onions


Blend everything, spread ½ cup mixture on each tortilla. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and fridge at least 1 hour. Cut each roll into about 12 slices (1/2” thick) Serve with salsa.
