Rice Crispie Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients:

1 cube butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
2 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened)

Directions:

Melt butter and mix with brown sugar, coconut and cereal. Put in 9x13 pan and bake at 300 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and scoop half of mixture out. Spread remaining mixture to cover bottom of pan. Scoop softened ice cream over mix and spread. Top with remaining cereal mix. Cover and freeze until ready to serve. Great with chocolate or fruit topping.
