Waffles

Waffles

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup oil

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks. Add buttermilk, oil and egg yolks to dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter. Use about 1/2 cup batter per waffle. Makes 8 waffles.
