Toll House Pie

Toll House Pie

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat. Melt and cool butter. Add butter, nuts & chocolate chips. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until top is crispy. (crust may need to be covered with tin foil half way through) Serve warm. Pie can be frozen.
