Breakfast Ring aka "Monkey Bread"

Breakfast Ring

Ingredients:


1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 TBS water
8oz can of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits

Directions:

In 8" microwave safe round dish, microwave butter, brown sugar, cinnamon & water for 35-45 seconds. Add nuts. Cut biscuits into quarters. Add them to mixture. Place small round custard cup in the center (to create the ring). Microwave for 4 minutes. Flip onto serving plate immediately.
