Rice Krispy Treats

Rice Krispy Treats

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
10 oz marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups rice krispies
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add Vanilla. Add rice krispies. Stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press into buttered 13x9 or 9x9 pan. Cut into squares when cool.

Microwave directions:

In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla and rice krispies.
