Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

8 oz macaroni (2 cups)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2-1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

Cook macaroni in boiling water. Drain. Melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper. Stir until smooth. Add milk gradually, stirring until it boils. Add cheese. Combine with macaroni. Pour into buttered 2 qt casserole dish. Top with more cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
