Gingersnaps

Gingersnaps

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup molasses
2 eggs
4-1/2 cups flour
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves

Directions:

Mix ingredients. Roll into balls. Press flat with glass cup dipped in sugar. Bake @ 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
