Cinnamon Cake

Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 (8") round pans. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Cinnamon Frosting:

2 cups powdered sugar
1 TB milk
2 TB butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients.
