Coconut Avocado Ice Cream

Coconut Avocado Ice Cream


1lb avocados (about 2-3)
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups whole milk
1 can (19 oz.) coconut milk, or any unsweetened type
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
3. Process the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
