Root Beer Ice Cream

Root Beer Ice Cream

Ingredients:

6 eggs (optional- I don't add them)

3 cups sugar
3 TB flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 pint whipping cream
1 TB vanilla
2 TB Root beer Extract

Directions:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and flour. Add vanilla, evaporated milk and whipping cream (refrigerate these ahead of time). Add enough milk to fill container to fill line or 3/4 of the way full. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 4-5 quarts.
