Carrot Ginger Dressing

Carrot Ginger Dressing


1/2 cup coarsely chopped carrots
1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery
1/4 cup peanut or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped onions
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons catsup
2 teaspoons fresh lemon jjuice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 dashes hot pepper sauce


Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and thick.
