Cornbread

Cornbread

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup cornmeal
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 cups milk

Directions:

Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Use a buttered 9x9 pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
