Coffee Cake

Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
2 TB flourBold
2 TB butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla. For topping, combine all ingredients. Pour half of batter into 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with half topping. Repeat. Bake @ 350 degress for 1 hour. Glaze if desired.
